After receiving your quotation and design representation, you can approve and make payment through our PayPal link, bank transfer, or cash.

Can you do company logos?
Yes we can do company logos on frosted vinyl , cut/print vinyl
Can I use my own design?
Yes you can use your own design for you projects , However an additional fee might be included to the quotation depending on the “machine readiness” readiness of the design.
Can you do any colour?
We specialize in standard grey vinyl colour.At an additional cost we can do full colour print on vinyl.
Where is your office situated?
Kreative Giraffe is run (administratively) from our head office in Arcadia. Our workshop is based in Harare CBD. We do send representatives for obligation free on-site quotations and consultations, thus we cannot accept clients at our workshops.
Do you have a showroom where I can look at examples of your designs?
Unfortunately, Kreative Giraffe does not have a showroom or receives clients on our premises. We are working on an online catalogue to show available designs and we do display a wide variety of designs on our social media platforms.
What is your lead time after the quotation has been accepted?
Kreative Giraffe generally has a lead time of 4 – 7 working days. (This lead time is depending on the availability of our team and is subject to change)
Can I pay cash onsite on completion of the application?
Payments need to be made before installations can be scheduled. We accept payments via Cash – Paypal – or Bank Transfer.
